Fast
I can normally turn around a refret in 3 days, I can even do it the same day subject to pre-booking and enough warning to carry out the necessary preparatory work. I use precision machines and measuring equipment for accuracy and to speed the work, which in turn allows me to offer prices well below the professional average.
Specialised Equipment
Some of my equipment is purpose made, but I've also made or modified other machines to allow me to produce frets that are fully finished and polished before they are pressed into place.
Accuracy
Accurate work is essential to carrying out the best refret possible. I measure slot lengths to 0.1mm to ensure a perfect fit for every fret. I carefully measure, and correct if necessary, the fitted height of every fret after it has been set into place so as to preclude any necessity for fret levelling afterwards.
